Always meet in safe, busy public places like malls, petrol stations, or police stations.
Inspect Everything
Check the item thoroughly. For jobs, verify the company exists. For houses, go see it yourself.

- No Fees: Real employers NEVER ask for money for interviews or uniforms.
- Verify: Google the company name. If they use generic emails, be cautious.
- Safe Interviews: Only attend interviews in office buildings during working hours.
📦 Buying & Selling
- Test it: If buying electronics, test them fully before paying.
- Cash/Mobile Money: Only pay when the item is in your hands.
- Avoid shipping: Do not buy items from overseas without a trusted middleman.
🏠 Real Estate
- Visit First: Never pay a "viewing fee" or "booking fee" before seeing the house.
- Owner Verification: Ensure you are dealing with the landlord or a registered agent.
- Receipts: Always get a signed receipt for any payment.
